Conveyancing Excellence Contract Review Service Terms and Conditions
“Day/s” means clear business days on any Victorian business day (excludes all bank and Public Holidays and weekends). Eg. If you submit your order on a Monday using the “3 day review” option, a review will be completed before 5:30pm on the Thursday (provided the Monday-Thursday are business days, not Public Holidays in Victoria). If your order is submitted on a weekend or Victorian bank holiday or public holiday or after 5pm on any business day, it will be deemed as received by Conveyancing Excellence at 9am on the next business day.
When selecting the “Urgent 3 hour review option”, “Hour/s” means business operating hours, being from 9am to 2pm (eastern standard time). If your order is completed order is received after 2pm, it will be deemed as received by Conveyancing Excellence at 9am the next business day. Eg. You complete your order at 2:01pm Friday and you select “urgent 3 hour review option”. Your review will be provided on or before 12noon on the following Monday (provided the Friday and the Monday are both Victorian business days.
We will use our best endeavours to provide a review within the time frame selected. Conveyancing Excellence will not be responsible to provide a Contract Review in the event that:
i) we are provided with an incorrect email address.
ii) your Contract/Section 32 Statement is not in a readable pdf format, is not properly scanned and of a poor quality or if the file is corrupted or deemed to contain a virus.
iii) the property you have submitted for review is not located in Victoria, Australia.
iv) the order is placed by or for use by an individual (or firm of) solicitor/s or conveyancer/s.
So please check your order carefully before submitting it.
We do not specifically recommend, promote or endorse any particular property or development. We advise that you conduct your own enquiries, market research and due diligence with regard to the value and suitability of a particular property for you.

Collection of Information
In order to use the Conveyancing Excellence website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.
All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email.
Any information collected by Conveyancing Excellence is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Conveyancing Excellence uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Conveyancing Excellence or any outside party.
- All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
- eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
- eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Conveyancing Excellence.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your Contract Review via email in accordance with the timeframe requested by you during Step 3 of the Contract Review Service and the terms and conditions above.
