Upon receipt of your instructions, we require a deposit of $395 on account of searches, certificates and preparation of the Contract of Sale and Vendors S32 Statement.
  • If you intend to sell your property for more than $750,000, you are now required to provide the Purchasers prior to settlement with a “Clearance Certificate” from the Australian Tax Office (ATO) to prove that you are not a foreign resident and to avoid the Purchaser withholding 10% of the settlement funds from you. For this purpose, please answer the following questions:
