Fixed fees will be confirmed by our team at the beginning of your conveyancing, quoting for standard work completed on your file. 

We expect there will be disbursements (“out of pocket expenses”) incurred which will generally be between approximately AUD$225-$525.

Disbursement expenses typically include:

• Property Searches,
• VOI (Verification of Identity)
• PEXA fees
• Government fees. 

We will necessarily pay out monies to government authorities for property enquiries, title searches and various statutory authority certificates on your behalf.  We will advise you of those charges and include them in your final account at or prior to settlement.
